Use your Trinity Health MyChart account to manage your health information and communicate with your care team from your mobile device. <br>With the MyChart App, you can: <br>• Review test results, medications, immunization history and more<br>• View and pay your bill<br>• Message your doctor<br>• Schedule or change your appointments<br>• Request prescription refills<br>• Upload health and fitness information from your health app or other self-tracking programs such as FitBit<br><br>If you do not already have a MyChart account, you must first create your account through mychart.trinity-health.org or contact your doctor&#39;s office for assistance.
